Since the day the doors opened in 1979, volunteers have played a vital role in the day-to-day workings of Ronald McDonald House Charities, Upper Midwest.  Volunteers enhance our ability to provide a welcoming home-away-from-home for hundreds of families in need, every year.  In 2008, over 2,500 individual volunteers donated 28,113 and 1/2 hours.
