There are several ways to donate to Ronald McDonald House Charities, Upper Midwest.  We count greatly on the generosity of others to enhance our “home-away-from-home.”  Donations of money, products and services are needed.

Make a Monetary Donation:  You can make a donation today to Ronald McDonald House Charities, Upper Midwest by:

• Online - Make a secure online donation using your credit card.
• Mail - Send your check or money order to: 818 Fulton St. SE,   Minneapolis, MN, 55414.
• Phone - Call in your donation using a credit card (612.331.5752).
• Visit - Drop by our office (office hours are 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday).

All donations are tax-deductible!

Make a Tribute: The Ronald McDonald House Tribute Card Program is a wonderful way to support the families and children of the Ronald McDonald House while acknowledging the loss of a loved one, sending Birthday greetings, get well wishes or recognizing a special occasion. Click here to have a card sent to a loved one or friend on your behalf. We request a minimum donation of $10 for each tribute card processed.

Help us fill our Pantry: We always keep our pantries stocked for the 48 families staying with us each night.  Food, cleaning supplies and paper towels are always needed.  Click here to view our Wish List.

Spare Change: McDonald’s features donation boxes at all restaurant locations.  Spare change that is collected in these boxes equates to nearly $400,000 yearly for our chapter.

Planned Giving: Planned giving allows you to incorporate charitable intentions into your long-term financial planning.  Whether we receive your gift now or later, you can benefit immediately with substantial tax savings, retirement income and/or a more convenient asset transfer to heirs.  Please contact Donna Moores at 612.767.2784 if you are interested in planning a future gift. 

Endowment Giving: An endowment fund is a donation which is invested by Ronald McDonald House Charities, Upper Midwest.  Its principal remains intact, while the earnings support our charitable efforts. The fund can be directed to support specific activities (such as operating support for our house) or to preserve a program (such as the School).  Please contact Donna Moores at 612.767.2784 if you are interested in creating an endowment.   

Stock Donations: Gifts of securities which have gone up in value since their purchase can provide additional benefits allowing you to receive a charitable income tax deduction and avoid capital gains tax.  Physical and electronic transfers are available.  Please contact Heather Glasso at 612.767.2786 if you are interesting in donating stock.
